About the Role
As a Senior Digital Producer, you will work within the Digital Tribe and be responsible for publishing and maintaining website content, implementing SEO enhancements, executing A/B Testing, and working alongside UX/UI Designers, Developers & Digital Analytics to improve Website User Experience.
Working with a broad set of internal stakeholders, your responsibilities will include:
- Digital Production
- Manage website content and layout updates using HBF’s CMS
- Use HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite to edit web pages and assets
- Collaborate with UX/UI Designers and Developers on digital solutions
- Website Optimisation
- Conduct regular SEO audits, keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimise website content and structure for SEO and performance
- Configure and deploy A/B Tests using A/B testing software
- Monitor performance using analytics and SEO tools
- Ensure that published changes are tested and comply with best practices across all browsers and devices
- Campaign Support
- Implement and remove campaign content, product content and member communications
- Support post-campaign reporting and insights
- Operational Risk Management
- Ensure digital content complies with publishing guidelines, risk and compliance processes
- Report issues and support actions to mitigate operational risks
- Contribute to a strong risk-aware team culture
This position is based in Perth on a permanent full-time basis.
About You
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and passionate with proven experience in digital content publishing and implementing Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO). Our ideal candidate is also self-disciplined with strong attention to detail, and has a continuous improvement mindset.
You will ideally have:
- Significant experience in digital production, with strong CMS skills (Sitecore preferred)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Figma)
- Experience with SEO best practices, tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs), and tagging methodologies
- A solid understanding of web accessibility standards and UX principles
- Experience working in agile environments with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro
- The ability to interpret digital performance data
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination of internal/external resources
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field; industry experience (banking, finance, insurance) is a plus
